Add NetBSD support in VBoxCAPIGlue
Shared libraries (*.so) are named similarly like in most other popular
Unices.
Keep the default upstream prefix for library in /usr/local.
This value will be overwritten with a dynamic value by pkgsrc.
This patch is MIT-licensed.
