[vbox-dev] How to do code-signing on Windows ?

According to https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Windows%20build%20instructions

I have configured the project successfully.
I have created a test certificate as described in VBox Build instructions
Part I and II

Part 3: building VirtualBox with signing enabled

   1. ..
   2. Add VBOX_SIGNING_MODE=test to LocalConfig.kmk.
   3. Build (incremental is sufficient).


Problem is: there is no "LocalConfig.kmk"
C:\VBoxFactory\VirtualBox-5.0.0_BETA4>env.bat
C:\VBoxFactory\VirtualBox-5.0.0_BETA4>kmk
Config.kmk:2532:
C:/VBoxFactory/VirtualBox-5.0.0_BETA4/out/win.x86/release/Dynam
icConfig.kmk: No such file or directory
Config.kmk:2905: *** You need to enable code signing for a hardened windows
buil
d to work..  Stop.

Any ideas ?
