[vbox-dev] Maintenance Page - link error

Hi,

Justed wanted to let you know that during a maintenance period of the 
website, the link to the download server page doesn't work if the forum 
hostname is used (forums.virtualbox.org).
I have attached the source code, you can see that the href attribute 
miss a quote at the start for the download server link.
It doesn't happen when the normal domain is used (virtualbox.org)
