[vbox-dev] Odd networking issue with VirtuaBox

Hi,

Im experiencing an odd networking issue with VirtuaBox 4.3.28 on an Windows
8.1 host, and a CentOS 7 linux guest.

When I set my networking to 'bridged adapter', (some) outgoing traffic
seems to malfunction. For example, a simple command like 'wget http:/
www.google.com' just seems to 'hang'. (ping/icmp does work though). But
soon as I switch the network to 'NAT' (and restart the vm), the wget
command succeeds and retrieves the web page as expected. Setting the
network to 'NAT' has an issue of it's own though, as I seem to be unable
to ssh into the vm. Im not sure if these issues are related or if they are
seperate.

So since switching networking to and from 'bridged adapter' and 'NAT'
introduces the behaviour, and no other changes to the vm is made, makes me
wonder if I might be running into a VirtuaBox bug. I have no idea on how to
start troubleshooting the issue, though. Does VirtuaBox have a way to
produce a debug log or something that I could post somewhere (like on this
list or in a bug report) that would be useful ?
