[vbox-dev] What identity should we use to sign loadable vbox modules (e.g. custom device)?

Apparently, to make vbox load 3rd party device module on Windows one need to either sign using vbox’s identity or by using some kernel identity.
What is the kernel identity exactly and who is issuing them?
