VBox 4.3.x should not be affected by this problem.

The "iprt-VBoxTscThr" kernel thread is part of the new code for 
VirtualBox 5.0.x towards TSC-delta computations and that was the thread 
doing the uninterruptible sleep that caused artificially high load.
