then open command window as Administrator, and run these:  YES, you need to do step 1(1) set PATH=.;%PATH%    (2) comregister.cmd(3) loadall.cmd(4) VirtualBox.exe

Im certainly no dev, but it appears to me that the building procedure and toolchain for building on windows is in desperate need of some love and attention.
