[vbox-dev] VirtualBox Windows build instructions

I ended up modifying a lot of places on .kmk files, and even vs 2010 header files to make it to compile.
I will upload the debug in a couple of hrs, building it now

If took me a lot of time to build on windows, you don't want to try
I really dont mind trying, and updating the documentation for the procedure - with a little help from the devs - so that people coming after me will have an easier experience. I do, however, have something against forking over $$$ just so I can have a debug build of an - otherwise - open source project.
