[vbox-dev] Latest translation of the user manual

Hello Jean-Philippe,

I am attaching the diff you asked for.  And I am not sure which on-line 
version of the manual you mean - in fact I am rather taken aback that we 
do not seem to be including it in the 4.3 packages as I thought we were, 
and I will take a look to see why not.
