[vbox-dev] Cannot debug linux kernel with VBox 4.3+

Hmm, I have downgraded to 4.2.18, still not working

When the kernel crashes, the serial port seems to be dead as well. gdb
on the host is not receiving anything

Funny thing is, I remember VBox works well months ago, it all just
went off suddenly ;-(

P.S: Nested paging do hinder debugging in 4.2.18
