[vbox-dev] Call for testing, second try (Linux and Solaris Guest Additions)

Using the previous guest additions (such as 4.3.21-97052 and older), my Ubuntu 14.04 VMs retained the resolution even at login screen (though no resizing was possible), which was a nice thing. This doesn't happen with the test guest additions. The VM starts with a fixed resolution (1024x768 in my case), which is less pretty on a maximized VM window.

Second try<1>, hopefully with the first regression fixed.  I have
already found one new one myself: I started a terminal, switched to
seamless mode, switched to a virtual terminal and back and cancelled the
switch back to seamless.  Result: the second guest screen was set to a
0x0 resolution (checked with xrandr) and blacked out.

All additional testing is welcome, I will fix my regression tomorrow and
any others (if there are any, which is quite likely) as fast as I can as
they are reported!

Thanks!

Regards,

Michael
