OVF/OVA version? There is only a version of the specification (today 
mostly 1.0), and no way to check anything in OVF/OVA.

Is that a totally custom requirement for you? Because OVF is a totally 
platform and hypervisor independent specification, which conveys 
information, nothing else (and while some information pieces might be 
system dependent they're usually very easy to fix). There is no way to 
express conditions the new systems must fulfill.

I'm skeptical that what you have in mind is possible, but as it's not 
completely clear to me what you mean by "two systems are the same" this 
isn't a final statement.
