[vbox-dev] New event queue

It does not make running the VM faster as such, so don't expect any
performance boosts with this change. However, there can be some
situations which might exceed the OS-dependent entries-per-queue limit.

To more decouple processing own VBox events from the application's
native event queue this new implementation was introduced.
