[vbox-dev] New event queue

Hi,

on some OSes (like Windows) the application's main event queue is
limited to hold up to a certain amount of events at once by default.

With the new event queue it's now possible to store (and thus process)
more events without the limitation mentioned above. And: No, it
shouldn't have any downsides really :-).

Hope this helps,
Andreas
