[vbox-dev] Updated translation of manual

Hello Jean-Philippe,

Thank you!  I have finally got round to looking at your last upload. 
The problem was that for some reason a couple of files got inserted into 
others (the new version of user_GuestAdditions.xml got inserted at the 
beginning of user_AdvancedTopics.xml and the new version of 
user_VBoxManage.xml stuck on the end of the old one).  I have fixed that 
and am making it build.  I will apply your patch and provide you with a 
new version you can use as a base.
