Hi,
I am trying to use VirtualBox (reusing my VBox settings) on ubuntu 13.04
(latest updates) and I get this error:
*"Failed to determine the accessibility state of the medium ."*
with the details:
*
*
*Callee RC: *
*NS_ERROR_CALL_FAILED (0x800706BE)*
with the following kernel error message:
*"kernel: [25973.229305] nspr-2[21999]: segfault at 0 ip 00007fc4a6d6f865
sp 00007fc4a7172410 error 4 in VBoxDDU.so[7fc4a6d53000+57000]"*
$ uname -a
Linux carbon 3.8.0-13-generic #22-Ubuntu SMP Fri Mar 15 17:49:38 UTC 2013
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
VirtualBox:
ii virtualbox-4.2
4.2.10-84104~Ubuntu~quantal amd64 Oracle VM VirtualBox
If I don't use my previous settings VirtualBox runs without a problem and I
able to create and run new VMs.
Also, on the first time I run VBox it shows my VMs but not again until i
reboot.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Armindo
