[vbox-dev] Disable the newly added notifications in 4.3

Hi Aaron,

try

  VBoxManage setextradata global "GUI/SuppressMessages" "all"

This will disable all popup messages for all VMs. Also, keep in mind
that disabling one message while running VM foo will disable that
message for all VMs on the same host.
