Thank you for the update!  Sorry for the late reply - I am just back 
from holiday.  Something is clearly not quite right though with the way 
your system is producing the patches: if you search through the patch 
for the text '<chapter id="vboxmanage">' you will see what I mean.  I 
could probably fix this manually, but it might make sense for you to do 
that on your system (and then perhaps send your complete user manual 
text again as a compressed archive file to be sure that we are in sync).
