[vbox-dev] Can not build Virtualbox (kmk Error 64)

if you need enabled webservice and you can't downgrade to gsoap < 2.8.13
another workaround in this case is to use -z1 flag for soapcpp2 (see
attached patch)
without this flag some files are not generated during build and then kmk_mv
can't copy them ...

see gsoap changelog for 2.8.13:
Deprecated old-style C++ service proxies and objects (use soapcpp2 -z1 flag
to generate).
