I was reading through the third-party licenses in the online
Virtualbox manual and it looks like some content is missing. Perhaps
some of this is due to the way the file is generated.

Some examples from http://www.virtualbox.org/manual/apa.html

> VirtualBox contains portions of QEMU which is governed by the licenses in and and

Presumably links or file names should appear between / after "in" and
"and" there.

The "above copyright notice" isn't included, just the conditions and disclaimer.

Also there's some additional BSD-licensed third party code that
appears not to be referenced in the manual. Examples include
libalias, and math routines under VBox/Runtime/common/math/gcc/.
