[vbox-dev] Why is VirtualBox_services.py empty?

I downloaded the latest version of Virtual Box SDK and found that the file VirtualBox_services.py does not have any content. Located in 'sdk/bindings/webservice/python/lib'. The webservice interface does not work so good without it...
