[vbox-dev] How to virtualize specific hardware parts?

VBox allows you to modify DMI info of the vMotherboard and CPUID of the
vCPU. In addition, there is CPU exec cap, that allows you to slow down the
vCPU.

It is not an accurate simulation of the Pentium III, but it may be "good
enough" for your goals.
