[vbox-dev] Current changes to SVN breaks non-VT-x builds

Changes submitted to public svn 03/13/2012 (EM/IEM/PATM?)
Produces an immediate freeze and 100% CPU on all guests.
Reverting back to r40428 brings them back to life.
