Yes, if the "heartbeat" response doesn't return within a certain length
of time, my host script attempts a shutdown of the guest, then kills the
guest if the shutdown doesn't happen, and finally restarts the guest. If
all four guests aren't responding at one time, the script assumes
something has gone wrong with Virtualbox itself and reboots the host.
