[vbox-dev] Permission to redistribute VirtualBox guest additions for MacPorts

This is simple, Watson.

Guest Additions are 100% Open-Source GPL2-licensed software, and zero-cost.
You can distribute them however you wish.

Only catch: it is difficult to *build* the ISO (requires MSVC, DDK and
other non-free software), so Linux distributions *do not* build the
ISO.
