[vbox-dev] Build issues with 4.0.12 and 4.1.2 on OSX Lion

Hi,

I am trying to build on Lion running a 64-bit kernel. Posted in the OSE
forum (http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=44542) but did not
get a specific answer so I thought somebody here may know.

The issue is that there are unresolved symbols in /
Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.6.sdk/usr/lib/libiconv.dylib

kBuild: Linking vbox-img
Undefined symbols:
  "_libiconv", referenced from:
      rtStrConvertUncached(void const*, unsigned long, char const*, void**,
unsigned long, char const*, unsigned int)in RuntimeR3.a(utf8-posix.o)
...

nm -a -arch <x86_64|i386>
/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.6.sdk/usr/lib/libiconv.dylib | grep libiconv

shows that the i386 symbols for libiconv, libiconv_open and libiconv_close
are there but the x86_64 symbols are not.

Any idea for a workaround?
