[vbox-dev] VHD.cpp patch

I noted that relative path is not emitted for VHD_PLATFORM_CODE_W2RU parent locator.
 
The attached patch fixes this, the code looks cryptic, but is very well tested on windows, and works well. For linux and other systems, you can improve the code. Right now, added only for RT_OS_WINDOWS
 
As I mentioned in earlier email, you may need to decide whether to change 
pLocator->u32DataSpace to match MS software, need to use bytes instead of sectors.
