[vbox-dev] Fix build errors on Linux kernel version 3.2

Thanks for your contribution.
It is funny to see Linux people patching VBox faster than Oracle does :)
(I hope this extends to other parts of VBox as well, besides kernel
module patches)

One more thing:
Such contributions as yours make me sure, that if Oracle tomorrow drop
support for Vbox,  Linux and FreeBSD ports will stay alive. (not sure
about others), for there is a real community exists behind those 2
OSes.
