Well, I think that most of them refer to the compilation process and install,
as you can see by their names but some are still patching code:

May 8 13:07 extrapatch-include-iprt-string.h
May 8 13:07 extrapatch-src-VBox-Devices-PC-vbox.dsl
May 8 13:07 patch-configure
May 8 13:07 patch-src-VBox-Devices-Makefile.kmk
May 8 13:07 patch-src-VBox-HostDrivers-Makefile.kmk
May 8 13:07 patch-src-VBox-Installer-Makefile.kmk
May 8 13:07 patch-src-VBox-Installer-freebsd-virtualbox.desktop
May 8 13:07 patch-src-VBox-Main-src-server-HostImpl.cpp
May 8 13:07 patch-src-VBox-VMM-VMMR3-CPUM.cpp
May 8 13:07 patch-src-recompiler-target-i386-cpu.h

Anyway, I have to try them on 4.1 code. And for that, I have to pack the svn
tree into a tar.gz file and alter the port Makefile for the new version and
checksums.
