For FreeBSD is not as simple as grabing the code and compiling it. 
There are specific patches that have to be applied (cleanly) so it can compile 
straight from the ports.

Bernhard Fröhlich (http://www.bluelife.at/) has been doing a wonderful job in 
updating Vbox port as fast as he possibly can to keep it in sync with the 
latest.

I'll grab the svn you pointed and see if I can apply all freeBSD patches 
first. If that works, I'll move on to UDP.
