[vbox-dev] building OSE on windows, (does anyone have this working?)

I'm wallowing through the morass of building the OSE on Windows. (I got
it to build on linux without any issues, but really I was interested in
the windows additions, so that was a waste of time.) On two different
build systems I get "second C linkage of overloaded function
'_interlockedbittestandset'" - anyone have a clue?
