[vbox-dev] VBoxSVC locks-up badly on Windows hosts

This bug can occur in several possible ways:
1. during VM stop the VM stucks in 'stopping' mode /  "Powering Off" state.
2. during INetworkAdapter disabling

Very reproducible on several hosts.
Updated testcase with looping.
Critical bug.
