I have the following problem with VirtualBox 4.0.8

If I start my Vm (called test) from the gui (qt one).
And then stop it (by using menu "Send ACPI shutdown"), everything is fine.

Now if, while the Vm is running, I used VBoxManage guestcontrol from a command line.

For sample:
vboxmanage guestcontrol exec test cmd.exe --username user --password pass

The command is well executed (a command line appear in the VM)

But then when I shutdown the VM (still with Send ACPI shutdown) I have a crash at the completely end of the shutdown process.
The crash occurs in VBoxC.dll, looks like the problem occurs when the COM object is released...

See the screenshot and the log file.
