[vbox-dev] Latest release to SVN causes CD/DVD to be invalid

Latest update from SVN

Trying to attach the VirtualBox Guest-Additions.iso to the CD/DVD drive 
produces the following error.

Failed to save the settings of the virtual machine (name)
Setting the non-rotational medium flag rejected as the device
attached to device slot 0 on port 1 of controller 'IDE Controller' is
not a hard disk.

Guest is Windows XP pro and I have been installing additions the same 
old way for a long time.
Really doesn't matter the guest though.  I tested this on several guests 
Windows, Linux and none of them work.

Ideas on how to proceed?
