Thx. Yes now CPU cap can be changed at real-time. Nice.

Please implement summary page "CPU cap", as done in my patch. It is
not in BETA1.

The problem is that I have like 50 VMs, and at every single time I
need only few of them to be CPU-capped and I forget which ones.
Summary page support is crucial.
