[vbox-dev] kernel panic error on AMD processors for Android ICS 4.0.1

works fine on VT-x cpus, but AMD-v fails to boot. Tried latest svn code on Linux os, same error.
 
"kernel panic, attempted to kill init"

the kernel is actually 2.6.29, quite old, same kernel works fine with Android 2.2, so probably v4 uses more drivers, and caused the panic.
