[vbox-dev] proposal: Unattended Guest OS Installs for VirtualBox ?

Hi All !

One killer feature that competition has, and is needed for VirtualBox
is Automatic / Unattended install of Guest OSes.

why ?

Installing Windows XP by coffee-drinking people takes about 30 min
Installing Windows XP by active geek, clicking instantly takes about 15 min
Installing Windows XP by Unattended Install, takes about 10 min,
letting people to drink coffee in first place.
(on standard Core2-class hardware)

I can write a basic proof-of-concept implementation in python for Linux hosts.
Is there anyone who would be interested to re-write this feature in
C++ to be upstreamble into VirtualBox ?
