Could VBox project provide 32-bit COM interfaces on Windows 64-bit ?
(in addition to current 64-bit COM)

Making "online" installers, that require downloadable components is
against our policy, so it is a no-go for us.

With VBoxManage, the responsibility is Oracle's. :) not of ISVs.
