PGMRZDynMap.cpp: Committed a slightly modified version of pgm_dynmap.patch. See #3862.

That commit causes guests to stop early in the boot stage with a VirtualBox-Guru
Meditation popup dialog complaining of a critical error.  I'm attaching the logs
from a WinXP32 guest.

This error does not affect my amd64 linux host machine, just the 32-bit linux host.
