[vbox-dev] page fusion and resume from saved states

I tried the users forum, but this probably needs to get confirmed by someone
that knows the product internals better.  

 

>From the way I gather page fusion works, when you try to load a read-only
file, like a DLL, the guest additions will intercept and ask the host if
there is one that already is opened.  

 

My question, is how does page fusion work when you are resuming from a saved
state?  It would seem that page fusion wouldn't work in that scenario,
unless new DLLs are opened after the VM is resumed.  Is that right?
