Amazing! You're releasing new versions and prereleases faster than we
can even QA it for RPM Fusion [1] and triage and report the issues we
encounter :) (That was meant to be an excuse for keeping a bunch of
patches in our package).

That said, 3.2.0 version of OSE is available in repository for Fedora 14
(a development branch) and will hit Fedora 13 repositories shortly.
