[vbox-dev] vboxweb.cpp patch for UTF-8 support

Hello,

The attached patch adds UTF-8 support to vboxwebsrv. From
http://www.cs.fsu.edu/~engelen/soapdoc2.html:

>> Strings with 8-bit content can hold ASCII (default) or UTF8. The latter
is possible by enabling the *SOAP_C_UTFSTRING* flag.
