[vbox-dev] small correction for one Makefile.kmk script

It's the same thing with:
src\VBox\HostDrivers\VBoxNetFlt\Makefile.kmk
line 149
WinNetConfig_SDKS     = WINPSDK W2K3DDK

Btw, I'm trying to compile the OSE 32bit version, using VS2010 and the latest DDK, under Windows XP SP3.
