[vbox-dev] VBox 3.1.4 final OSE on Win32: 'credentialprovider.h' missing

Hi Sebastian,

did you try installing and using the latest MS PSDK 2007.02? This 
includes the required files and should be able to build the credential 
provider.

To not build not that module, as you already did, just comment out the
appropriate line in Makefile.kmk.
