[vbox-dev] How to reset troubled VM with the webservice?

In some cases, a VM could be in error state, for example, when SaveState,
the destination folder doesn't have right permission. When that happens, the
VM cannot be deleted or reset unless the vbox service is restarted. Should
there be a way to reset or delete them without restart the service?
