[vbox-dev] guestproperty wait does not work well on 64-bit XP host

for example, the host waits for a guest property, after 32-bit xp vm sets the property, the wait never quits.
 
The above works well on Vista/windows 7 64-bit host, and all 32- windows host.
 
kind of weird, I then tested executable built 6 month ago, same thing exists, so this seems to be a quite old bug.
