[vbox-dev] mini-toolbar on full screen mode?

No such plans so far. It needs some configuration to enable it, because 
in the default configuration fullscreen should stay fullscreen.

No Qt expert, but if you implement it in Qt and integrate it properly 
with the switch from/to fullscreen it should work on all platforms out 
of the box.

This contribution only affects the GUI parts, so it's pretty risk free. 
Sure, you can crash the VM process even from GUI parts, but nothing 
which would do further harm.
