AFAIR, 'kmk VBOX_ONLY_ADDITIONS=1' should do the trick. But
this will build the additions for the current BUILD_TARGET,
so you have to set BUILD_TARGET=win if you want to cross-
build the Windows additions on a Linux host.

No, you need MSC (+ Wine on Linux) to build the Windows additions.
