I'm not familiar with gsoap but I know I don't have it on my machine,
and webservice/Makefile.kmk does not mention GSOAP.

I'm thinking maybe you once had libgsoap installed but later deleted
it?

Anyway, the configure script looks for files named soapcpp2, wsdl2h,
libgsoap++.a, and stlvector.h.  Do you have any of those files?

And what operating system are you building on?
