[vbox-dev] New breakage from Linus

Hi all,

A recent commit from Linus has broken VBoxNetAdp by changing some
kernel data structures.  The guilty commit is below.  AFAICT the
change to netdevice.h is the main problem, but here is the entire
patch just in case:
